Ordering an item from RelycoSupplies.com? Except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, we ship only to U.S. domestic states. For shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska, please give us a call for a quote. We do not ship to international destinations at this moment. When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed before 2:00 pm EST, it will ship on the same business day. If it is placed after 2:00 pm EST or on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day. We try to ship from the warehouse closest to your location, but occasionally, inventory availability dictates whether it would ship from a different location that could take longer. All orders ship via UPS. If your order is delayed, we will make every effort to contact you and let you know.

Will Call /Pick up service is available at our location, if so desired. Please indicate so during the check out process.
Valid contact numbers and purchase order numbers are required on all orders, unless paying by credit card.
Please verify all shipping information is correct within one hour of placing your order. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer will incur additional shipping charges to ship to the corrected address.
Please check your e-mail, including SPAM folder, for order confirmation.
Orders with multiple shipping addresses will be charged extra shipping as applicable.
All shipments must be checked within 24 hours of arrival for missing or damaged items.
Any order placed with “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” at the customer’s request is not the responsibility of Relyco.
If you receive any damaged or missing products, please give us a call within 24 hours. Furthermore, If you receive damaged furniture shipped by our freight company, please refuse the order and give us a call as soon as possible. In this case, we can replace your order quickly. Please do not hesitate to call or email us.
Shipping costs for orders from Relyco depends upon the method and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping Rate for non-furniture and special items shipped by UPS 1-3 business days (depends on order placement time and nature of product. Some furniture and special items shipping may take more than 3 days.)

* Shipping Cost = $7.40 for order value of up to $70, $12.45 for order value of up to $150.00 and 10.5% beyond that.
* Shipping is FREE, if the total weight in the cart is under 5 lbs and of the total value is between $50 and $100 and contains less than 5 items. One such free shipment per day per customer.

Relyco offers a Money Back Guarantee with the following stipulations:
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number marked clearly on the outside packaging. We supply a white return label that accompanies the packing slip.
Returns must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging, unopened and in re-sellable condition.
Certain types of merchandise are non-refundable or may incur a re-stocking charge.
If an item is ordered in error, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping charges. We are not responsible for errors at check out so please check to make sure all information is correct before check out.
Return credits take 2 to 3 weeks. The item must be received and inspected at our facility before a credit is issued.
Non-Refundable Items
Hazardous Items that are gas-powered or contain
Flammable liquids. (These items say “This item cannot be returned” on their product detail page.)
Items purchased from sellers other than Relyco Supplies
Any product missing the serial number or UPC
Gift certificates
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any CD, DVD,VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, or toner that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap.
(If you discover that an item is defective after the package has been opened, a full refund or replacement will still be issued.)
Special order items are non-refundable and non returnable
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the order. If it is concealed damage, please do NOT throw away any packaging materials or boxes that your order came in, and call or e-mail us immediately to have
Relyco begin the claim process; these items must be kept together or UPS will automatically deny any claims for damage.
If you have discarded the box and packaging, unfortunately we cannot warrantee or claim any damage.
A valid contact number for the freight company is required on all freight orders.
Any freight order must be inspected before the freight company leaves the premises. Any damage must be noted and the driver must sign for the damage.
Standard delivery is past first threshold only or to loading dock. Please call us to let us know of any special requirements such as inside delivery, stairs and other variables which may affect freight cost.
Set-up is not included, but can be added at additional cost.
Receiving hours are required when placing freight orders.
We do not export freight overseas.
We do not accept third-party billing for shipping, including freight orders.
